Purpose​

The Innovation Canvas structures the controlled integration of new solutions into the existing clinical system constellation.

Innovation in CARE-IT does not mean introducing as many new technologies as possible.
It means ensuring that new solutions can be selected appropriately and integrated repeatably, rapidly, safely, and sustainably into the established care environment.

The Innovation Canvas prevents innovation-driven fragmentation and protects structural stability.

Guiding Question​

How can this new solution be integrated into the existing clinical system constellation in a repeatable, safe, and sustainably operable manner?

Structural Effect​

The Innovation Canvas:

  • ensures transition from project to sustainable operation

It operationalizes P8 – Innovation Capability from an Operator Perspective.

Without structural integration logic, innovation generates instability rather than progress.
